One of the places I order cat food from always sends a small bag of Temptations tuna treats. Now, this is not something I would EVER give any of my cats. Not just because it's "tuna", though that would be enough, but because I don't feed my cats that kind of "treat".
I've been saving them though..thinking I could drop them at the shelter next time I bring food over, or include them in a package when I send someone in need some cat food, or donate them to the food pantry, another place I sometimes bring cat food.
But...here's the dilemma. I think these things are awful, and I wouldn't want any cat eating them. But on the other hand, if it was a case of these or nothing, at least the cat would have something. But ..how can I pass something like this on to a cat, knowing how I feel about them?
These little bags are piling up and I am still no closer to what to do with them. I want to throw them away, I really do. But...would that be wrong?
