Normal or just plain goofy?

Jack has taken to sleeping in the bathtub--he usually goes in to lick water off the bottom after a shower or bath but now he just goes into it to sleep.

Is this just normal cat behavior? I definitely made sure he wasn't going to the bathroom in it.

its fairly normal. some cats like to lay in the bathtub because it feels nice and cool on their belly.

My RB kitty, Woody, loved to play and sleep in the bathtub.

I guess I shouldn't be too surprised Jack is rather fond of water.

He likes to walk on the edge of the tub between the shower curtains while we shower.

My husband started the water in the tub yesterday while Jack was in it and Jack stood at the back of the tub until the water reached his feet and then jumped out.

Perhaps he's trying to tell us he needs a bath---doubt it.
