No rinse shampoo

Hi everyone! 

My Percy is dead scared of water on his body and so I used a No Rinse Shampoo product since he must have inserted himself somewhere that I found him so sticky and dusty one time. I followed the product instructions for applying the shampoo. I dried him with towel and he smelt so good afterwards.  But I soon had second thoughts about it when he started licking himself to groom.  Won't he ingest the remnants of the shampoo?? I would assume that it is non-toxic but then again, it is artificial. 

Is that ok?

Here are the details:  FATCAT No Rinse Shampoo with green tea extracts. Ingredients:  water, hts, sles, cocobetaine, ultrafoam, fragarance, preservative, FD & C dye.  

How about this: BEARING dry shampoo for dog and cat.  Active ingredients:  triclosan DP 300, talc powder
