Comet just learned how to adjust the height on my computer chair. Every time I put it up, he pushes the lever and I slide down. It was funny at first......

I'm never going to get my computer work done now.

@Laura H  Try to lock that lever-like thingy so that your cat cannot move it 

 My chair has this.. You press it to go up and down but you can also push it inwards to "lock" and you cannot press it until you pull it out.. I hope this helps!
