I was petting mom a couple minutes ago and noticed that about three of her nipples felt swollen and firm, while the others felt soft and flat. The three nipples weren't red and she didn't seem to be in pain when I touched them, but they are much more swollen than the other nipples. Is this something I should be concerned about?
