I'm just wondering how many people make New Year's Resolutions, and if so, what are they?
I decided not to make any this year. I never keep them. I never even get started on them most of the time! LOL
So instead I decided earlier that I'm going to change some things about my life. I'm going to keep trying to lose weight, and keep trying to "encourage" hubby to lose weight too. Nothing drastic - no diets or exercise regimes because I know I won't stick to those. Just some minor changes like cutting back on portion size for now. I can do that.
I'm also working on quitting smoking. It's really not that big of a deal, as I was only smoking 5-6 cigarettes a day.
Does that even count as being a smoker? LOL But so far I've cut it down to 3 a day. It's more of a habit than an addiction. I'm used to smoking on the way to work, now one at lunch, and on the way home (I used to have one each way at lunch, and one before bed). So I'm working on breaking the habit of smoking.
So - anyone else? Resolutions or just decisions?
