new wound on cat and don’t know what it’s from or what to do

so about 3-5 days ago i gave my 4-5 month old cat a bath due to fleas, after she started breaking out really bad. she has several open wounds when i think they are getting better they get worse. i also noticed ear mites so i will be cleaning her ears today, but i need advice on the wounds. i don’t have money to take her to the vet, but it looks like it needs antibiotics or something. i just came in here for help because i don’t know what else to do. thanks

A vet really needs to take a look at that. It may be dermatitis caused by a flea allergy or some other skin condition.
