Hi,
I'm a doctor, a Bob, and a cat worshiper, thus the handle. I'm retired, volunteer with an organization called "Forgotten Felines of Sonoma County" that helps people manage feral colonies. As you would expect, that business results in kittens, strays, dumped off cats, and all manner of typical problem areas. I do some adoptions and pick up empty cages in rural areas used for our "barn cat" program. We place need-to-be relocated ferals, difficult to socialize cats, and cats that just like the good ol' outdoors with people on ranches (lots of vineyards around here), and the owners provide food, water, and other care. That picture is of one of my former shelter charges who was a very pretty "princess" named "Paisley" and eventually went with another adult cat to a great forever home. I'm on this site to learn whatever I can and pass on any tidbits.
