Hello everyone!
Was searching for a completely different web site when I accidentally stumbled on this wonderful site! It was my lucky day, as I am an ardent animal lover and especially fond of cats.
I live in the Eastern Townships of Quebec Province in Canada. Have been divorced for twelve years. I have three grown sons whom I love very much. My eldest son was married in Florida last March and now lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a lighting designer. My middle and youngest sons live twenty miles away. Both are involved with computers. One works in the computer department for a local company and the youngest has his own computer business in a nearby town. All three also love animals with a passion.
At present I am looking after 'Spunks', a cute little spayed female which belongs to my son in Atlanta. Also have two cat brothers, 'Fred' and 'Junior' who were born to a stray which we took in. Then there is 'Rusty', a stray that a neighbour abandoned. 'Rusty' is very affectionate and cuddly as well as being beautiful (long, rusty coloured fur). Recently, a black and white Persian stray decided that 'we belonged to HIM' and is living on the veranda. Can't bring him into the house until he has his little 'oppo', because he 'marked his territory thoroughly' on the odd occasion he slipped in. Not a pleasant clean-up job, but it's hard to tell him that! LOL!
Am looking forward to spending many happy hours with all of you.
Christine
