So we recently adopted our Cornish Rex adult female (it will be 2 weeks on the 8th of June) and we are absolutely smitten with her, at least my husband and I are ! The IG's still arent sure about their new sister...
She has her own room with a gate where she can escape from the Senior IG's she now lives with. For the first 4 days, we shut the door to the room when we weren't home until we could monitor them closely, but she hated it. She cried and meowed at the door until we let her out. We tested the waters a little and everyone has done very well with co-habitating. She decided after the four days, when we were home, to hop right over the gate and meander around her new digs. So, her door stays open now and she comes and goes as she pleases.
Anyway, we love this little 5lb girl to bits Here is a picture of her! She is such a little lover!
