New almost 4 month old kitten

So I've never really owned a cat, not since I was little and my parents were the ones taking care of it that is. Today I brought home a little black kitten,she's adorable. But her third eyelid is showing a little bit in one eye? And she is hiding under things constantly, only ate a little so far and hasn't used the litter box yet... I've only had her here 4 hours now. Any advice or things I should watch out for? She loves to be pet and doesn't scratch or bite.
