Hello I'm just wanting a little bit of advice. My next door but one neighbour who for some reason doesnt like me very much, came banging on my door last night and started having a go at me saying that my male cat was rubbing himself up against her granddaughters legs yesterday and scratched her, I saw the scratch and it wasnt a big one but I apologised to her sincerely and said I was really sorry and that he might of been trying to play. She then said that everyone around my street dont like my cat and that her dogs dont like my cat either which is understandable because most dogs dont like cats anyway especially strange ones. I apologised to her again and said that unfortunately i cant control what he does when he is outside, he likes to be out so she said that if I dont keep him inside she is going to report me to the RSPCA! I told her my cat doesnt like to be stuck inside, she has a cat too that she let's out etc but she is wants me to keep mine in. Anyone have any advice on what I should do? My cat isnt viscous. If she contacted RSPCA what would they do? He is fed and loved etc would they do anything?
