Need Advice

I"ve brought an outside cat inside a week ago. She had babies somewhere 4wks. ago and doesn't seem to remember where she left them. I have an appointment to have her fixed in 3 wks. but she still has engorged teats I'm wondering how long it will take for her teats to dry up.

Sounds like it shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks. As long as she isn't reintroduced to kittens (hers or otherwise.)
How Long Does It Take for a Cat's Milk Supply to Dry Up?

Better to keep that appointment and let the vet make the call whether she's good to proceed.

Sadly, the babies probably didn't make it if they were separated from mama that young.
