Hey guys, haven't been active in ages and I just started posting again, yay!
Anyways, I am looking for a food suggestion for my cats. Typically I get food donated at work that we can't use so I will bring home a bag here and there (better foods, no by-products, etc) I used to just throw it all into a bin and mix it up. But Da-Ku was having constant loose and really extra smelly stools. So I keep them a little more consistent. Currently I was mixing just Kirtland Signature and something by Nutro. Threw out the bag, can't remember... My other cat Noira just started losing her hair on her ears. It's not earmites, she doesn't itch or anything, it just got really thin to almost bare in patches. Just on the ears. From researching online I am going to try to rule out allergies first.
I would like grain-free for starters, as I think Da-Ku may be sensitive, although I am not sure to what exactly, thinking grains... I would also like low fat and preferably an alternative meat product... not chicken or beef or fish. Maybe lamb, vennison, etc... This way I will see if eliminating all of the common allergens will help. If not I will figure things out from there lol.
Suggestions? Thanks.
