There are fewer and fewer occasions where the 14 1/2 year old stepson is around her. He's still present but I find a way of intervening whenever I sense she's about to wander too close to him. I know I shouldn't have to worry about someone in the house causing her harm but only 4 more years of dealing with him. ( sorry to be blunt but his Mother is a bar ***** so he never learned manners either.) I try to be nice and compassionate to him. My fiancé is kind to Nala Ava Marie except when she tries to bite him. Then he pushes her away or at worst, he flicks her nose. I'm going to call back for one more update before they close for the day! Do you guys think the overnight video surveillance is adequate supervision for kittens and cats that have had surgeries? I was concerned about that before & everything was fine. They've said that if they see anything indicative of a problem they will go to the clinic and assist the cats. They have shifts viewing the cameras all through the night.
It's been weird going to the bathroom by myself! [emoji]128568[/emoji] Usually she's right there!
