Hi
Itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s been a while since I posted here. Itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s not been a very good year for my family. Some of you may remember my boy Patch. He has an enlarged heart and UTIâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s all the time, well now we have a situation that I donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t quite know how to deal with. He has been urinating outside his box for a while now, a couple of trips to the Vet for the usual antibiotics, nothing was working plus he started to bleed, I brought him back again and they did a blood work up and an ultra sound of his bladder. It turns out he has an inflammation in his bladder, cystitis, they say the only thing that could help him is a steroid, but with his heart problems itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s too risky. They have him on Dasuquin. Does anyone have any experience with Dasuquin, how effective is it for this? Itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s his only real hope, they gave me a mild painkiller until he gets a buildup of it in his system. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]d really appreciate any information you can give me. And if you canâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t, please keep him in your prays. Thank you for reading.
Ann
