Without knowing his ancestry he's a Domestic Longhair, or possibly Domestic Shorthair. It's kind of hard to tell when they're that young. Sometimes kittens are just really fluffy and as they grow their fur turns out to be shorter than you expect.

Whatever he is, he's a cutie. What's his name?

His mother, father, and their daughter cat (who's a year or so) are all longhair. The daughter cat's hair is a lot longer than the mother's. Two of the newborn kittens are fluffy, but not even close to this cat. This cat and another male were the only really long haired kittens in the litter. He's also the only orange and white. His brothers and sisters are all calicos Also, his name is Neeko.
