my new adopted stray/feral cat just ate the nursing bottle nipple.

I just got three abandoned kittens last night. As I was feeding them this am, One of them ate the nursing bottle nipple. As of this am they haven't pooped. The only food has been the formula I gave them. How long should I wait for them to poop and will I actually see the nipple???
