Technically the woman isn't my neighbor but she visits my neighbor and she takes my cats!
About a month ago one of my kittens crossed the road into my neighbors yard and this woman (we'll call her Pam) ran her over. After she hit my cat Pam came into my yard yelling at me and gave me a graphic description of my cat after she hit it. As she was driving away she yelled cuss words at me out the window. Now every time she sees me she glared as me and calls "Here kitty kitty kitty" when I'm not looking at her.
A few days after that two of my kittens turned up missing with no trace of where they went. Today as I was pulling out of my driveway I saw one of these kittens being let out of my neighbors house to use the restroom. I know for a fact it's my cat because it has the same facial markings. I'm now starting to suspect she's responsible for no less than four of my missing cats all of which had unique markings. Two of them had natural bob tails they were a mother and a daughter. Then their were two sisters both with really cool speckle designs (one of these is the kittens I saw). I really want the mother cat back as I found her abandoned as a kitten and nursed her back to health. What kind of actions can I take to get my cats back? I can't just confront Pam because I have no doubt whatever she would resort to physical violence! HELP
