She's called Bernadette, but she isn't a chilean rose (she does look like one now you mention it though, and if you knew how big she was...)
She's a brazilian salmon pink (lasiodora parahybana).
Pink toes are very jumpy, I had one a few months back.
I feed Rosy my G rosea on medium crickets and Bernadette on heart and liver, and occasionally locusts.
If your planning on another T I'd suggest a Chromatopelma Cyanopubescens (green bottle blue) or a Brachypelma Smithi (mexican red knee).
For me, it'll really depend on what I can find that's bred locally as I won't buy live animals from the petstore, nor will I risk having spiderlings shipped.
I got lucky on my Rosea as she was already an adult, but free.
She's only 3 years old, so not too bad a deal.
There are lots of fairly pretty native species I can collect locally as well
