My kittens came out with cute spots will they get darker?

It could go either way. You'll just have to watch them as they grow. It's possible they'll lighten up in general but maybe with more contrast between the spots and background color. As distinct as the spots are now I doubt that they're ghost markings that disappear with age.

It's hard to say, broken mackeral markings are common in DSH of all colours and yes sometimes they stay.

Do they darken with time?
The pic is too blurry to see well. It looks like one has distinct spots.
Such cuties 😻 they will prolly keep the spots and tabby stripes, but kittens can have ghosting that disappears too.

They all look red and will show some form of tabby pattern though. My Merlin is a red mackerel tuxedo and his stripes on his tummy arae have faded over time, he is about 4 now and was 6 months maybe when he showed up.
