I'm not sure what to call that, but it isn't smoke. In smoke the roots of all the hairs are white, not just individual hairs being white.

Himalayan is a breed not a coat color. What color is dad? I'm assuming black?

Looks like kitten coat, not smoke. Black cats frequently will have white hairs on them and this tends to molt out as the kitten matures. Most likely will turn out to be solid black though some of those white ones may stick around. Smoke coats go all the way to the root, of all the fur, not individual stray hairs.

I am not sure, she is gorgeous though. 😻
It looks like she has a lot of white and lighter amber hairs on her body, so pretty. Maybe she is some sort of tortie. 😀

Nope, no smoke and will just be a solid black longhair kitten. Sometimes that could just be fever coat, something a kitten can get due to mom either being stressed or having a high fever when pregnant (I hope the parents were fixed). But it should shed out once the adult fur coat comes in.
