We have had an on going flea problem for almost a year now. We think we've gotten rid of them and then the population sky rockets again. We'll go months with no chewing or scratching and it comes back and we start to see fleas again. We've been trying to keep from flea bombing the house but the last time we flea bombed, even after the intensive vacuuming and cleanings are felines still managed to get sick. So not only am I asking for advice on how to get rid of the devil's creatures before going as far as bombing the house, I also would like some tips to help relieve them while we continue to fight with the fleas. (on a side we believe the reason why the fleas keep coming back is because our next door neighbors were kind enough to feed the rats all their bird seed instead of cleaning it up.) Do any of you have any tips for bathing a cat that panics when getting a bath? And does anyone know if their excessive chewing would cause them to lose the teeth that are between their canines. Two of my kids have a few missing teeth, one of them being the one trying to tear racing stripes down his back..
