Welcome to TCS.  Felix is a Domestic Short Hair who appears to have some Burmese (that is, either Burmese or Tonkinese) in his background genetics, since he appears to have inherited the dark brown allele (i.e. Chocolate or Sepia) which is a Tyrosinase mutation of allele B, and which reduces (not dilutes) black to a brown.  In this case (a guess, but based upon a little experience), he'd also carry cb / cb since he doesn't appear to be, "pointed." (Cats who are compound heterozygotes - one mutation of each allele, or cs / cb show darker points at the mask, tail, ears and paws.)

He's a beautiful boy !

Thank you for your answer, I was really curious since I don't know much about his past. It may also explain his talking back all the time- I read those breeds are pretty talkative!
