but if by chance you are, how are things now?
As was mentioned by another member in an earlier post, can you contain your cat when you're not there with him? Also, can you ask the vet that since he/she isn't willing to neuter this cat, whether there's something, anything that would help calm him and keep him from yowling so much?
Also, can you see about either yourself or someone catching that stray female?
