Shiloh is my first cat ... Wenever i am back home she follows me around n meows .. And wen i pick her up and pet her ... She jumps back on the floor and continues following me around ... I dont know what she wants or demanding .. Plz help

she is probably telling you hello and that she missed you!
Some cats are more vocal than others.
Look at her overall demeanour, is she playing? eating? drinking properly? is she lethargic? if all of those are good I wouldn't worry too much. Maybe she is bored and wants to play?
Does she guide you to her food bowl? mine often do that to get my attention.

Is she left alone during the day? If yes, for how long?
How much food does she get and how often?
Are you playing with her and does that help?
Where did you get her from and have you called them for assistance? It's possible she is lonely and wants a playmate.
