My Cat Is Vomiting

We have a stray cat that we found nearly two years ago. He eats & sometimes takes a nap then wants to leave. This morning he showed up & came in but didn't want to eat. He just stared at his food. Later he walked us to the door to let us know he wanted to leave & threw up. It seemed to be blood but I am not quite sure whether it was or not. Can anyone explain why this could possibly be happening?

He could've eaten something that didn't agree with him, but he needs to be seen by a vet to make sure it's nothing too serious.

Our oldest cat is dealing with this issue. Our veterinarian said it could be a food intolerance, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or other more serious issues. I would recommend getting your cat checked.

Is your cat throwing up food or bile? Is the blood red or black? These indicate different health issues and your veterinarian may inquire about them.
