Sometimes randomly. It sounds like, i dont know all runey and stuff. Like a hairball but its not. Whats wrong? Could it be Asthma?

Are his eyes watering, is his nose runny, is he using the litter box like he should, is he eating and drinking ok? If the answer to the above questions is "no", then perhaps it is just a piece of caught food. If the answer to the above questions is "yes" you need to get your cat to the vet as soon as possible.
