My cat is a mix, but between what?

Hi there all,

I know my cat is a mix, possibly between a mainecoon and a siamese or something but I am not sure.

We've got him when he was a few weeks old, he's now 8 years old, neutered and weighs 8kg (18 pounds)

He was entirely white with just his blue eyes and is getting more and more orange aswell.

LOL! Love that last picture where he is kicking back.

He is stunning.

The fact that he has retained his blue eyes makes me think that there is some Siamese, or other pure bred blue eyed cats, in his ancestry.

He is such a gorgeous cat! I would describe him as a red point and white (some people say "flame point" and white) domestic shorthair.

The recessive colorpoint gene, responsible for your cat's pointed coloring and blue eyes, originally came from the Siamese breed about 70 years ago. At this time, however, the colorpoint gene is very widespread in the domestic cat population, and doesn't indicate recent Siamese breed ancestry. Most cats are not any particular breed, and are also not "mixes" of breeds, unlike dogs.

That last picture on the couch is really good!

Is that couch really small or is he a big kitty? LOL! He is exceptionally cool looking.
