My cat hates me

Yesterday my pregnant cat gave birth and I was with her all day, today when I woke up I went to play with my other cat who sleeps in another room but he was angry and hisses at me for the first time.. what to do? I’m shocked he’s doing this because he was the cutest

More like doesnt like the scent on you. Just take it slow, feed him, and give him treats. It could be the sounds of the kittens that could be setting him off too.

it could also be stress due to suddenly having more cats around. My aunt's 2 females just had a litter of kittens(its so cute, they're co parenting), and a couple of her male cats are acting similar.

Please make sure mom and babies are kept in a room closed off from your other cat. They can sometimes get aggressive and harm the kittens. Also, your female can go into heat and get pregnant within a couple months of giving birth so you want to keep her entirely separate from him until you get her in to be spayed.
