My cat has chiggers

Hi all
So my cat has chigger's (Harvest Mites) does anyone know what can be done to get rid of them or to help him with his intense itching from the chiggers biting him?

Some flea products will kill chiggers. Your Vet should tell you which one to use. Additionally, depending on how bad the infestation is, he may need Glucocorticoids to help with the itching, AND he may also need antibiotics if he has scratched himself too bad and caused any infections. Poor baby. I remember chiggers from my summers spent on my grandparents farm. They used to get on the chicks so bad they would kill them . They used to get on US too. It's been too many years than I want to recall and I still remember those little buggers
