my cat has black spots??

My cat developed this a while ago along with ringworm so the vet thought it was just that, the ringworm is almost completely gone but these spots won't leave and keep coming back. They're like scabs and come off completely but will come back.
Any idea what it could be ??

It almost looks like the chin acne they get on their chin, but on the top of the nose. I think referral to a vet dermatologist is in order. It would be tough to treat because anything will be licked off.

when i took him to the vet, he just told me to use betadine on it for the exact reason, that he'll end up licking it off.
