The girl is a tortie and white. If you manage to see some tabby stripes on her, it will give tabby tortie and white, called for torbie and white.
On the second photo she looks a little like a Turkish Angora - they are renown for being white, but nowadays are also other colors allowed.
Yes, the boy is sweet he too! Or handsome as you say.
