My 8 months old kitten has loss of appetite, lethargy and vomiting a week after surgery

Good news! I took her to vet yesterday and it turns out she just had a mild respiratory infection that also causes nausea. She got medicine for her fever, nausea and pain. They said after five days of antibiotics, she will be fine. It's been just one day but she is energetic and happy! Thank you everyone
