I’m a little worried about the sutures. She’s jumped into my bed a couple of times (she opens the doors in my apartment as they have no locks) right now I have her in a cloth carrier. But does this look normal?

Yes, that looks fine! If there's pus or blood, or it gets inflamed, contact your vet. You don't need to keep her in a carrier.

What a cute little tortie belly!! Her incision looks perfect! She'll be pretty good at self-limiting when she's in pain or uncomfortable. Watch the incision for increased redness or angry red incision site, weeping of the wound, lethargy, hiding, or if she stops eating.
