We have a Goose. Actually her real name is Lucy, but she's been called Goose since she was about 7 weeks old.Originally Posted by catherine
How about a cat named GOOSE?
My then 3 yr old son named him after my husband rescued the 4 week old kitten from a gas station. He had asked what his name was and I told him that he didn't have a name and we weren't going to name him because we were going to find him a nice home. So he thought about it for a min. and came out with "His name is Goose, now we have to keep him."
Goose has been the best cat that I've ever had! He's soooooooooo affectionate, sometimes, it drives me crazy though! It's almost as if he's appreciative that he was resuced.
Funny -- our (RB) Nibs (he came to us with that name) was often called NibletOriginally Posted by ash_bct

My sister-in-law used to have a Chaucer -- he was a VERY lovely boy, gone to the Bridge ,mmmmm, maybe as much as ten years ago, but I remember him very fondly.Originally Posted by malynn
I have a cat named Saudi, one named Ta, one named Ladybug, one named Clover, one named Cham and one named Chaucer. Saudi was already named when I got him back in 1992. Ta was named by my daughter from some anime character or something and I named the others. The others have kind of ordinary names.
