beautiful kittens!! Are they strays/ferals? does your neighbor own them?

Yes they were given to the neighbours by the owners of the mother cat. No they are not strays or ferals. What a loving pair of cats. When they go out as a family I am the job of 'cat sitter'. I enjoy every moment with these beauties.
