Montgomery County Ohio's Animal Resource Center has been selected as a PetsMart Charities grant recipient to address the community cats with programs intended to move beyond the unsuccessful trap and remove programs that Animal Control agencies are often involved in to the exclusion of other options. This new program will be starting shortly and we are seeking advice from the CatSite folks with suggestions for effective incentive programs related to TNVR that are sustainable. We will consider suggestions in addition to our proposed plan which involves community and agency participation.
