My cousin is getting married in a couple months. I have a friend who does a lot of sewing as a business and I was thinking of having his/her aprons made. Like a grilling one for him (he is AWESOME on the grill!) and a cute, trendy pattern one for her. I'd like to possibly get them monogrammed. I think she may be hyphenating her name; so how should that be done? (I'm double checking her plans on that)

Her initials will either be KAL or KAW-L. Is her middle initial necessary or would it be better to leave it out? I don't want this to come out tacky.

I think I'd go for just the first initial or the first name (if possible) for the items you mentioned.

Just my opinion .

I would go with the first letter of yet last name. Just to make it more of a wedding gift.

That might work better! Either the first or the last. Tonight she told me she's not sure what she is going to do yet.
