A vegan chocolate cake I've been making for decades - it's incredibly moist, and people are always amazed when I tell them there's no milk, butter or eggs in it, but vegetable oil and vinegar.
Man now I want to go bake on! I need to save my baking energy though; my Mom's birthday is this weekend and I always make her favorite cake (that my Gram used to make for her too!). I make a Chiffon cake (no lemon, yick!) and cover it in whipped cream and maraschino cherries! Pretty and yummy!
I go through phases. It was chocolate forever, then I moved onto carrot cake, then briefly it was coconut cake. :lol3: I'm starting to move back to chocolate again. :lol3:
