Mixing raw chicken with raw turkey ok for cats recipes?

Hello, I'm currently feeding my cats by using the recipe I found on Cat Nutrition site and I was wondering if I can mix raw chicken with raw turkey, or raw chicken with cornish game...or rabbit?! Because they don't like just chicken or just turkey alone so, I though about mixing it in order to feed them with different source of proteins....
Any suggestions will be appreciate, thanks.

Yup. I mix proteins sometimes to give their food a little of a different flavor.
