I figured I would do a quick intro.
I lost my 18 year old cat Whiskey in August 2008 to renal kidney failure. I didn't think I would ever get another cat after she passed as it was so hard to lose someone I loved so much.

-Whiskey Woo - She was hit by a car in her younger years. She had 2 broken ribs and her lower lip permanently sagged as a result.
A mere 2 months later in October 2008, I was in Petsmart with my boyfriend looking at fish tanks and I came across two abyssinian/tabby kittens. I stopped to watch them play for a few minutes and when I got up to leave the kitten who would later be known as Milo grabbed hold of my sweater through the bars and wouldn't let go. I had to take them home! They were from a rescue organization that takes in strays and cats/kittens from high-kill shelters.

Last Tuesday I was walking through my university campus and spotted a little black kitten under a gap between a building. It took me 4 hours to get her out. Already having two cats the plan was to foster her until we found her a permanent home. I fell in love with her and realized that this is her forever home. This is Lola she is approx 7 weeks old.

Lola and her new collar - I don't leave it on her as she is still too small for it just wanted to try it out
Lola reminds me so much of Whiskey
The boys aren't crazy about her yet but I am hoping they will love her as much as I do!
