Has anyone given their cats milk thistle? And if so what brand and how much? I'm just wondering if this stuff really works

I hadn’t heard of milk thistle before, but I did find this article with a lot of helpful information: Milk Thistle or Silymarin
I haven't personally given it to my pets or taken it myself but its for liver right? I have known of vets to recommend it and some clinics sell it. Whats going on with your cat?
