Not sure if that is just a hoax or based on research.

But just the joy cats bring can cure some illnesses, at least those of a tired heart.

What do you think?

When I was going through chemo, my cat, Dusty, would curl up on my lap and purr. It helped me feel better.

I don't think it's something that is based on serious research..

But it's very cute and there is definitely some truth to it!

And Catkiti, I agree absolutely.  My niece is going through chemo at the moment, and I so wish she had a pussycat to help her through it.
