Ya know, sometimes when I am 'down' (and we've all had those moments) I am often grateful that it is just 'me, my cats, and I'.

I don't have to explain myself, my mood, or my situation. I don't have to act a specific way. I don't have to hide my tears or feelings.

I can share myself with my cats and they never judge me or tell me to 'just get over it'. They love me unconditionally for who and what I am.

And never be ashamed or embarrassed!  Everyone needs a little 'cat therapy' now and again... because it works! 

Now, smile big and go give your cats a hug from me and my boys!
