Someone suggested maybe Gracie has a tortoise pattern. What do you think? To be honest, I have no knowledge of cat breeds or patterns for the most part.
Had to grab one I had posted earlier as I don't typically keep photos I take of the cats after posting on here.Do you have a frontal photo of your Gracie, perhaps standing or sitting?
That's what I think too.A tricolor kitty is considered Calico - Calicos have anywhere from 25 to 75 percent white
Ah that's better- gee she's pretty- she looks very tabby with white here- more like the first photo and not so tricolorHad to grab one I had posted earlier as I don't typically keep photos I take of the cats after posting on here.

It's that 2nd photo that throws us off, isn't it - where she appears reddish like a tortieYes, I too think she is a tortie of sorts. here Tricolored. Being a tabby she may be called for a torbie with white. Or possibly a caliby.
Shea a cutie pie.....Thsts 2nd photo looks like your Nessie, not the othersI would say tortoiseshell tabby and white, also called a torbie and white, like one of my cats, Nessie.

Yeah, are those areas red and certain lighting makes them look more like brown in photos, which I have noticed when taking photos of my torbies. Or are those areas actually brown and certain lighting is making them look more red in certain photos. The tint is also slightly differs when looking at the photos on my phone vs on my pc, which farther confuses things as to which it is in real life.Shea a cutie pie.....Thsts 2nd photo looks like your Nessie, not the others
We need to know if there's red in there klunick ,lol
What say ye?

Ah,so msybe she is a torbie with white like StefanZ mentioned......Orange, no red
Orange fur is technically called "red", like red hair for human.Orange, no red
Unless you look like this:Orange fur is technically called "red", like red hair for human.
The hint here is, she seems to have an orange spot on the head - torties have very often such a spot there. Very revealing... That is why I decided she is prob a tortie after all.Ah,so msybe she is a torbie with white like StefanZ mentioned......
Hey,this is a great way to ask for MORE photos! Lol
True,I noticed that orange spot on her adorable little head in the last photo - that's actually what lead me to believe your description was probably more accurateThe hint here is, she seems to have an orange spot on the head - torties have very often such a spot there. Another hint could be, if the eyes are green... I dont think there is any real connection, yet green eyes are more common with torties than with a random cat.
This cat has no green eyes.
