Hey all - I am just throwing this out there.

I have a three Devon Rex's - one with a skin condition that cost me about $10 000 over the last five years. She has had a flare up for the last five months (in AUS lost hair over winter but is now growing back in Spring - WTF). Simply put -I can't afford antibiotics and steroids weekly anymore.

Sparx (aka Princess Sparkles) is 10 years old and hates to be bathed (tried once - still have the scars especially above my eye) nor touched unless on her terms (so much so the Vets 'know' her and know to sedate her for bloods or other small producers) . Today I tried Manuka Wound Treatment on her and she is sitting in my lap - calm! She hasn't scratched, licked or bit herself for two hours now.

So - thoughts?

I use that particular honey straight up on myself and other family members and swear by it! I say if it works, by all means use it.
