I agree with the number of proteins.  Ritz hasn't meat a protein she hasn't liked, and that includes goat and llama (and tripe).

Red meat is high in taurine, taurine is great for cats because they cannot synthesize it as dogs can. Although cats have been domesticated, their GI tract still resembles that of their larger feline relatives. Many large ungulates have a similar tissue make up as small prey like rodents.
