Hi. Ringworm can look like anything on a cat. It could also be flea allergy or another type of allergy. It could be many different things. Please get him an exam with a vet. Don’t use anything on him until he sees the vet, so they can evaluate his skin properly.
Is there a reason he isn’t neutered?

He looks like a nice cat from what I can see of him. Please keep us posted on how he is doing.

One of the symptoms of Feline AIDS is dermatitis, but there are lots of other symptoms as well. It's unlikely that you would only see skin lesions and not see any other signs that the cat has FIV. Male cats are more likely to get FIV from deep bites from other infected tom cats, rather than from mating with infected female cats.

There are blood tests that can be done to see if he has FIV or FeLV, both of which are contagious and fatal cat diseases. Your vet will be able to tell you within a few minutes if he has either of these.

What's the story with this cat? Is he a feral tom that you've taken in?

Yes feral tom. Is there a way to treat him at home if it is a ringworm? his skin started to bleed now

You need to know exactly what you are dealing with before you try any treatment. Assuming he has ringworm and then treating with a home remedy could make things much worse if he has some other disease or infestation. You also need to keep your own health and the health of your other cats in mind. Dealing with a ringworm infestation is very expensive and time consuming.

Do you have a regular vet you can take him to?

If his skin is bleeding, he definitely needs to see a vet. I'm not sure where your general location is, but you might be able to find a mobile vet who would be able to come to you, sometimes that's much easier on a cat and their owner. I hope they can help you get him feeling better.
