Three weeks ago a little kitten found me demanding I take him in and feed him. So now I have my little Tomas
Dec. 4th I took him in for his first shots, he was given rabies and distemper vaccinations as the vet said she didn't see the point in doing the others for house cats. All was well until yesterday I noticed there's lump slightly larger than a nickle between his shoulders, it was not there after the vaccinations and only now shows up 2 weeks later? I pet and hold him quite often, and even checked after his vaccinations for a couple days to make sure.
I know vaccinations can cause reactions like this but have only read/heard of it happening shortly after. He's acting like his normal kitten self, a complete terror of course! and doesn't seem to have any pain from it. Should I bother my vet this afternoon? or should I just wait it out since Tomas is scheduled in for his next round of shots after Christmas?
